How to
A yellow page is the departure poster of one station: every train leaving it, grouped by hour. You make it on the home page in five steps.
1Pick the station
In 1 Export Excel, type the station name in Station a and pick it in the list.
Export Excel
Select a station, language and schedule type to generate an Excel file with one row per trip (headsign, time, etc.).

Pick the language a, the timetable b and the trains c, then click Generate Excel d. The file downloads.

| National | SNCB trains (IC, S, L, P…), in A1 or A3. At the big hubs, international trains are listed too, in red. |
| International | International and high-speed trains only, all in black, in A1. |

| Add a note under a train | comment |
| Change the platform | platform: the number only |
| Change the train number | trip_short_name: several numbers separated by commas |
| Remove a train | Delete its row. |
In the Metadata sheet you can also change valid_from, the date in the footer, and the holidays printed in the legend. Every key is listed under the hood.

Upload an XLSX file to fill the yellow page from your data.
5Set and download
In Print Settings, choose the Format a. If the poster takes too many sheets, set Max pages b; on A1 you can also set Scale % c. Then click Download PDF d.
Formats and pages
| Format | Size | For |
|---|---|---|
| A1 | 620 × 1000 mm, SNCB's large poster | National and international |
| A3 | 297 × 420 mm | National only |
When the departures don't fit on one sheet, the poster continues on another, with its own header, legend and footer. Max pages makes the departures smaller until they fit (up to 20 sheets); Scale % does it by hand, from 67 to 100%.
File name: Station – LANG – Weekdays|Weekend – A1|A3 [– International] [– S].pdf
